The Champions from all 16 Conferences in League 1 join directly in Group stage. The teams from second place for each Conference in League 1 start in League of the Champions from 2nd round. The teams from 3th and 4th place start from 1st round.

Winners from 2nd round join in the Group stage. The teams who loses from 2nd round join in Champions Cup 3th round.
